Glass filled nylon adapters are compatible with most fluids and will withstand constant temperatures up to 275 ° F, making them suitable for use with Viton and duck for semi-high temperature and fluid applications. Vitex (Viton and Nomex; a very high temperature fabric containing Kevlar and fiberglass) can be used at constant temperatures up to 400 ° F.
