Profile E8 Rod Seal / Wiper Set is suitable for pneumatic cylinders with a retaining ring recess according to DIN7993 (Type B). The sealing part is mounted and retained by the wiper part locating it in the groove. No retaining ring is needed with this set. The sealing part is made from low friction, 80 durometer Shore A Nitrile. The fixing / scraping part is made from a highly wear resistant plastic material.
